華風到来　チャイニーズアートセレクション④（大阪市立美術館）　Chinese Art Selection 4 (Osaka City Museum of Fine Art)

 

この美術館は、秋から3年にわたる改修工事に入るという。

最後のコーナーでは、これまでのこの美術館の歩みをテーマにして、様々な展示品が並んでいた。

尾形光琳についての小西家文書、長谷川利行の花の絵、珍しいコプトの装飾壁材、清時代の呉歴による倣古山水冊、売茶翁による梅山種茶譜略、田能村直入の青湾茶会図録などが、とりわけ目を引いた。

秋には、この美術館のコレクションを展示する展覧会が東京で開催される。どのような作品が展示されるのか、今から楽しみだ。

In the last corner, various exhibits were lined up under the theme of the history of this museum so far.

Konishi family document about Korin Ogata, flower painting by Toshiyuki Hasegawa, decorative wall material of rare Copt, Kozan water book imitated by Wu Li in the Qing dynasty, Umeyama seed tea ceremony by Baisao, Seiwan tea ceremony pictorial record by Tanomura Chokunyu, etc. They were especially eye-catching.

In the fall, an exhibition will be held in Tokyo to showcase the museum's collection. I am looking forward to seeing what kind of works will be exhibited.

塩見允枝子＋フルクサス（ときの忘れもの）　Shiomi Mieko + FLUXUS (TOKI-NO-WASUREMONO)

  フルクサスのメンバーとして活動していた塩見允枝子と、フルクサスの他のメンバーとの作品が展示されていた。 日本からフルクサスから参加した人物といえば、オノ・ヨーコの知名度が圧倒的だ。 塩見允枝子の作品をまとめて目にするのはこれが初めてだったが、オノ・ヨーコに引けを取らないユニークな作品が多く、見応えがあった。 世界全体をステージとして見立てて、各地のメッセージを送ってパフォーマンスをイベントを行ってもらい、その結果を共有するというアイデアは、いかにもフルクサスらしい。 また、壁にずらりと並べられていた、星座を観察するための窓、という作品もユニークだった。60年代の別なテーマの作品を、2019年にテーマを変えてリメイクした作品。いまだに創造の意欲は衰えていないようだ。 フルクサスの他のメンバーでは、ナムジュン・パイク、ジョナス・メカス、ジョン・ケージらの作品が展示されていた。 フルクサスを始めたマチューナスの、デザイナーとしての才能が遺憾無く発揮された、フルクサス新聞が展示されていて、そのユニークな構成にしばらく見入ってしまった。 Works by Mieko Shiomi, who was active as a member of Fluxus, and other members of Fluxus were on display. 京都・智積院の名宝（サントリー美術館）　Treasures from the Chishakuin Temple in Kyoto (Suntory Museum of Art)

  京都の智積院は、以前一度訪れたことがある。 宝物館に意外と無造作に展示されていた長谷川等伯とその一門の障壁画と、美しい庭園の印象が強く記憶に残っている。 この展覧会で、再びその障壁画と再開することができた。 他にも弘法大師像、張即之が書いた金剛経、両界種子曼荼羅図などの多くの名宝が展示されていて、とても興味深く観るすることができた。 また、これまで知らなかった智積院のことをよく知ることができた。 智積院はもともとは高野山の麓の根来寺の境内にあった。しかし豊臣秀吉によって根来寺が滅ぼされてしまい、その後、徳川家康によって京都に現在の地を与えられたという。 成田山新勝寺や川崎大師は、この智積院の系列の寺であることもこの展覧会で初めて知った。 いつか、再び京都の智積院を訪れて、あの美しい庭園をまた見てみたいと思いながら会場を後にした。 I have visited Chishaku-in Temple in Kyoto once before. 井上泰幸展（東京都現代美術館）　Yasuyuki "TAIKO" Inoue (Museum of Contemporary Art, Tokyo)

  映画の特撮美術監督、井上泰幸の生誕100年を記念する回顧展。 井上は1922年に福岡で生まれ、第2寺世界大戦中に中国大陸で兵士として従軍して、戦闘で左足下を失った。 戦後、日本大学芸術学部でバウハウス出身の山脇厳の元でデザインや設計を学び、その後、円谷監督の元で映画ゴジラの特殊美術を担当して、その後はその道を極めた。 会場には、井上が特撮美術を担当した映画の絵コンテや模型、設計資料などが所狭しと展示されていた。 ゴジラ・シリーズはもとより、ミッドウェー海戦、妖星ゴラス、日本沈没、連合艦隊など、幼い頃に胸をワクワクさせてみた特撮映画のほとんどが、井上の手によるものと知って驚かされた。 最後のコーナーには、映画『空の大怪獣ラドン』のセットが再現されていた。 当時、世界から完成度が高すぎると言われたそのセットを目の前にすると、井上泰幸という人物のとてつもなさに、ゾクゾクとしてしまった。 A retrospective exhibition commemorating the 100th anniversary of the birth of Yasuyuki Inoe, a special effects art director of the movie.
