人のすがた、人の思い（大倉集古館）　Human Figure and People's thoughts (Okura Museum of Art)

 


コレクション作品の中から、人々の姿を描いた風俗画や、人々の思いが反映されている作品を展示した展覧会。

狂言面、和歌集切、屏風絵、仏像、工芸品など、様々なジャンルの展示があった。

江戸名所図会と、その挿絵の草稿が展示されていた。江戸のそれぞれの名所を描くにあたり、どのような構図でどのように描けば人々の心に響くのか、絵師の工夫の様子が垣間見えた。

英一蝶が、三宅島に配流される以前に描いたとされる雑画帖。英一蝶という名前はその配流後に名乗ったもので、その後の英一蝶の作品を研究するためには貴重な存在とのこと。

久隅守景の賀茂競馬・宇治茶摘図屏風。久隅守景が加賀から京都に戻ってから描いた、最晩年の風俗画で見応えがある。

宮川長亀の上野観桜図・隅田川納涼図屏風では、江戸の人々が観光地でのんびりと楽しんでいる様子が描かれている。

まさに、いにしえの人のすがたや人の思いを、濃厚に感じることのできる展覧会だった。

An exhibition of genre paintings depicting people and works that reflect people's thoughts from the collection.

There were exhibitions of various genres such as Kyogen masks, Japanese poems, folding screen paintings, Buddhist statues, and crafts.

The Edo Famous Places and the drafts of the illustrations were on display. When drawing each of the famous places in Edo, the painter got a glimpse of the artist's ingenuity as to what kind of composition and how to draw it to resonate with people.

Hanabusa Itcho is said to have been drawn before being exiled to Miyakejima. The name Hanabusa Itcho was named after the exile, and it is a valuable existence for studying the works of Hanabusa Itcho after that.

Kamo horse racing and Uji tea folding screen of Kusumi Morikage. Kusumi Morikage's genre paintings of his last years, drawn after returning to Kyoto from Kaga, are spectacular.

Miyagawa Choki's Ueno cherry blossom viewing map and Sumida River Noryozu folding screen show the people of Edo enjoying leisurely at sightseeing spots.

It was an exhibition where you can feel the emotions and feelings of ancient people.

塩見允枝子＋フルクサス（ときの忘れもの）　Shiomi Mieko + FLUXUS (TOKI-NO-WASUREMONO)

  フルクサスのメンバーとして活動していた塩見允枝子と、フルクサスの他のメンバーとの作品が展示されていた。 日本からフルクサスから参加した人物といえば、オノ・ヨーコの知名度が圧倒的だ。 塩見允枝子の作品をまとめて目にするのはこれが初めてだったが、オノ・ヨーコに引けを取らないユニークな作品が多く、見応えがあった。 世界全体をステージとして見立てて、各地のメッセージを送ってパフォーマンスをイベントを行ってもらい、その結果を共有するというアイデアは、いかにもフルクサスらしい。 また、壁にずらりと並べられていた、星座を観察するための窓、という作品もユニークだった。60年代の別なテーマの作品を、2019年にテーマを変えてリメイクした作品。いまだに創造の意欲は衰えていないようだ。 フルクサスの他のメンバーでは、ナムジュン・パイク、ジョナス・メカス、ジョン・ケージらの作品が展示されていた。 フルクサスを始めたマチューナスの、デザイナーとしての才能が遺憾無く発揮された、フルクサス新聞が展示されていて、そのユニークな構成にしばらく見入ってしまった。 Works by Mieko Shiomi, who was active as a member of Fluxus, and other members of Fluxus were on display. 蒔絵コレクション（根津美術館）　simply Maki-e (Nezu Museum)

  根津美術館の蒔絵コレクションを展示した企画展。 蒔絵と言っても色々な工芸品があるが、今回は、蒔絵の硯箱、経箱、印籠、婚礼丁度品などが展示されていた。 やはり見所は、重要美術品が目白押しの煌びやかな硯箱の数々だった。 日本らしい花鳥風月や、古今和歌集に歌われた情景が、金粉などを使い驚異的なテクニックによって表現されていて、いつまでも見飽きないような小さな世界が、それぞれの蒔絵の硯箱に描かれていた。 花白河蒔絵硯箱は、足利義政が所有していたが、その後、江戸時代には松花堂昭乗の手にわたったという伝世の名品。 大阪の豪商が売りに出した際に、根津嘉一郎が高額で買取、根津の名前が一躍美術界に轟いたという。 印籠は江戸時代を代表する工芸品の一つだが、表面には蒔絵が描かれているものが多い。 小さなキャンバスに、ミニチュアールのような趣で様々なテーマが表現されていて、腰に下げられていたというそうした印籠が目に入ったら、当時の人々は思わずその美しさに見入ってしまっただろう。 A special exhibition of the Makie collection of the Nezu Museum. 井上泰幸展（東京都現代美術館）　Yasuyuki "TAIKO" Inoue (Museum of Contemporary Art, Tokyo)

  映画の特撮美術監督、井上泰幸の生誕100年を記念する回顧展。 井上は1922年に福岡で生まれ、第2寺世界大戦中に中国大陸で兵士として従軍して、戦闘で左足下を失った。 戦後、日本大学芸術学部でバウハウス出身の山脇厳の元でデザインや設計を学び、その後、円谷監督の元で映画ゴジラの特殊美術を担当して、その後はその道を極めた。 会場には、井上が特撮美術を担当した映画の絵コンテや模型、設計資料などが所狭しと展示されていた。 ゴジラ・シリーズはもとより、ミッドウェー海戦、妖星ゴラス、日本沈没、連合艦隊など、幼い頃に胸をワクワクさせてみた特撮映画のほとんどが、井上の手によるものと知って驚かされた。 最後のコーナーには、映画『空の大怪獣ラドン』のセットが再現されていた。 当時、世界から完成度が高すぎると言われたそのセットを目の前にすると、井上泰幸という人物のとてつもなさに、ゾクゾクとしてしまった。 A retrospective exhibition commemorating the 100th anniversary of the birth of Yasuyuki Inoe, a special effects art director of the movie.
